Exchange Request

Exchange Policy – KidsWear Garments

You can request an exchange within 7 days of receiving your order. To initiate an exchange, please contact us on WhatsApp at 03042514344 and provide your order name and order number (as mentioned on the courier slip).

Eligibility for Exchange

To qualify for an exchange, the item must meet the following conditions:

Item must be unused and unworn
All original tags must be attached
Item must be in its original packaging
Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required

Exchange Process

Once your request is approved, you will be guided on how to proceed with sending the item back. Please note that items sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

After receiving your returned item, our team will inspect it and notify you about the approval status.

If approved, a replacement item will be dispatched to your address.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately on WhatsApp so we can resolve the issue بسرعة and fairly.

Exchange requests after 7 days will not be accepted
Items that do not meet the eligibility criteria will be rejected
